At MaliOne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
* Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* Be in their original condition with all tags attached.
* Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Final sale or clearance items
* Personalized or customized products
* Items returned outside the return window
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
